About Us

Encore Logistics Group Pty Ltd began operating in late 2015, offering a premium mattress removal service direct to customers. Over the past four years we have evolved to now include industry leading services to both the retail and social services sector of Melbourne.

At Encore we understand that we are the last point of contact for our retail customers and pride ourselves in providing a full, quality service to each and every customer. We offer additional services including installation of goods purchased, rubbish removal and placing of furniture within the customer home.

When working with the not for profit sector we find ourselves supporting some of the most at risk and vulnerable people in our communities. We offer these clients and their caseworkers peace of mind with a range of specialised services. These include: rubbish removal/disposal, multiple pick up locations for goods, packing support, assembly and disassembly of furniture, house to house removals and storage unit to house removals as well as short term storage solutions. There is no job too big or too small that we won’t tackle.
